Turbo Yeast is a single cell organism which multiplies vigorously in the presence of oxygen and then after all of the oxygen is used up, yeast will convert sugar into alcohol. Fermentation is simply the process by which yeast converts sugar into alcohol and carbon dioxide – the essence of our wash!
