Samuel Willard’s Premium Highlander Whisky Spirit Flavour creates a rich, full-bodied Scottish-style whisky with a beautiful golden-honey colour and distinctive Highland character. Its complex flavour combines smoky peat, delicate heather notes and malted spice with a mature sweetness and long finish.

Simply add this concentrated spirit flavour to neutral spirit or vodka to prepare a generous batch at home. Each 50mL bottle flavours 2.25L of finished spirit, which is equal to three 750mL bottles.

Smoky peat provides the distinctive foundation of this Highlander Whisky, while delicate heather overtones add another layer of character. Meanwhile, a hint of malted spice contributes further depth to the finished spirit.

A mature sweetness helps balance the smoky peat character. Together, these flavours create a rich Scottish-style whisky with plenty of depth and a long, satisfying finish.

Once prepared, the finished spirit can be enjoyed in several ways. Serve it neat to appreciate its full flavour profile or pour it over ice for a slightly softer drinking experience. Alternatively, add a small splash of water to open up the whisky-style flavours.

The 2.25L yield also provides enough finished spirit to fill three standard 750mL bottles. Therefore, one small bottle of concentrated flavour is enough to prepare a generous supply for your home bar.

Mixing Instructions

Add the entire contents of the 50mL bottle to 2.25L of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Then mix thoroughly to distribute the flavour evenly throughout the spirit.

For best results, allow the finished spirit to rest after mixing. This gives the smoky peat, heather, malted spice and mature sweetness time to blend throughout the batch.

Once rested, enjoy neat, over ice or with a small splash of water according to your preference.
