Samuel Willard’s Premium Ouzo Spirit Essence makes it easy to create a distinctive ouzo-style drink from neutral spirit or vodka. Simply mix the concentrated essence with your prepared spirit to make a generous batch at home.

Part of the Samuel Willard’s Premium range, this concentrated 50mL essence flavours 2.25L of finished spirit. This is equal to three 750mL bottles, so one small bottle conveniently prepares a larger batch.

Premium Ouzo with Distinctive Character

Premium Ouzo offers an easy way to prepare an ouzo-style spirit at home. Ouzo is well known for its distinctive aromatic character and traditional Mediterranean style.

Once prepared, you can enjoy the finished drink in several ways. For example, serve it chilled or pour it over ice. Alternatively, mix it with water according to your preference.

The 2.25L yield also gives you plenty of finished spirit for different serving options. You can keep some chilled while using the remainder for mixed drinks or other occasions.

Mixing Instructions

Add the entire contents of the 50mL bottle to 2.25L of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Then mix thoroughly to spread the flavour evenly throughout the spirit.

For best results, let the finished spirit rest after mixing. This gives the flavour time to blend and develop throughout the batch.

After resting, chill the spirit or serve it over ice. You can also add water to suit your preferred serving style.
