Description
Samuel Willard’s Premium Queenslander Dark Rum Essence creates a rich, full-flavoured Queensland-style rum. Smooth sugar cane and caramel notes give the finished spirit a deep and satisfying character.
This concentrated spirit essence makes it easy to turn neutral spirit or vodka into a full-bodied rum-style drink at home. Each 50mL bottle flavours 2.25L of finished spirit, so one small bottle prepares a generous batch.
Premium Queenslander Dark Rum Character
Premium Queenslander Dark Rum is ideal for those who enjoy a deeper and richer rum profile. Sweet caramel and sugar cane notes provide plenty of flavour while creating a smooth and balanced finish.
The rich character makes this essence a versatile choice for your home bar. For example, enjoy the finished spirit over ice or combine it with your favourite mixer. Alternatively, use it as the base for simple rum-style mixed drinks.
Each 50mL bottle makes 2.25L of finished spirit. This is equal to three 750mL bottles, making it convenient for preparing a larger batch at home.
Mixing Instructions
Add the entire contents of the 50mL bottle to 2.25L of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Then mix thoroughly to spread the flavour evenly throughout the spirit.
For best results, let the mixed spirit rest before serving. This gives the sugar cane and caramel flavours time to blend throughout the batch.
After resting, serve the finished spirit over ice or with your preferred mixer. You can also keep it chilled and serve it according to your own taste.
