Samuel Willard’s Premium Dark Spiced Rum Spirit Flavouring creates a rich, full-flavoured Caribbean-style rum with deep oak character and a warming blend of exotic spices.

Inspired by traditional Caribbean dark rums, it combines aged rum-style character with carefully balanced spice notes. Together, these flavours create a smooth and complex spirit with rich oak character and a distinctive spiced finish.

Each 50mL bottle flavours 2.25L of neutral spirit or vodka. Therefore, one bottle produces the equivalent of three standard 750mL bottles.

Mixing Instructions

Add the entire contents of the 50mL bottle to 2.25L of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Then, mix thoroughly to distribute the flavouring evenly throughout the spirit.

For best results, allow the finished spirit to rest after mixing. This way, the oak and spice flavours have time to blend throughout the batch.

Once rested, enjoy it neat or over ice. Alternatively, serve it with ginger beer and lime or your preferred mixer.
