Samuel Willard’s Chocolate Rum Liqueur Flavour 50mL combines rich chocolate sweetness with smooth, warming rum-style notes. This concentrated flavouring creates an indulgent liqueur that's ideal for after-dinner drinks, cocktails and dessert-inspired creations.

Each 50mL bottle makes 1.125L of finished chocolate rum liqueur when prepared as directed.

Mixing Instructions

Follow these mixing directions to prepare your liqueur:

1. Add 220g of sugar and 100mL of liquid glucose to 710mL of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka.
2. Add the entire contents of the 50mL flavouring bottle.
3. Mix thoroughly until the sugar has dissolved.
4. Top up with water to a total volume of 1.125L.
5. Mix well before serving.

Finished yield: 1.125L of chocolate rum liqueur.
