Samuel Willard’s Butterscotch Schnapps Liqueur Flavour 50mL combines buttery brown sugar, smooth caramel and delicate vanilla notes. This concentrated flavouring creates a rich, sweet schnapps-style liqueur that's perfect for after-dinner drinks, cocktails and dessert-inspired creations.

Each 50mL bottle makes 1.125L of finished butterscotch schnapps when prepared as directed.

Mixing Instructions

Follow these mixing directions to prepare your liqueur:

1. Add 300mL of sugar, 100mL of liquid glucose and the entire contents of the 50mL flavouring bottle to 550mL of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka.
2. Mix thoroughly until the sugar has dissolved.
3. Top up with water to a total volume of 1.125L.
4. Mix well before serving.

Finished yield: 1.125L of butterscotch schnapps liqueur.
