Samuel Willard’s Premium White Rum Spirit Essence creates a crisp, light-bodied Caribbean-style rum with delicate sweetness and a clean, dry finish.

Each 50mL bottle flavours 2.25L of neutral spirit or vodka. Therefore, one bottle produces the equivalent of three standard 750mL bottles.

Samuel Willard’s Premium White Rum

This white rum-style essence combines a light body with subtle sweetness and a clean finish. Together, these qualities create a smooth spirit that works particularly well in refreshing mixed drinks.

For example, use the finished spirit to make Mojitos, Daiquiris or fruit-based rum cocktails. Alternatively, mix it with tropical fruit juice, cola or your favourite mixer.

Mixing Instructions

Add the entire contents of the 50mL bottle to 2.25L of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Then, mix thoroughly to distribute the essence evenly throughout the spirit.

For best results, allow the finished spirit to rest after mixing. This gives the flavours time to blend throughout the batch.

Once rested, enjoy it over ice or with your preferred mixer. Alternatively, use it as the base for your favourite white rum-style cocktails.
