Premium Rum
A well-oaked, medium-bodied rum style with balanced molasses character and good natural colour. Smooth and rounded, combining gentle oak influence with warm sugarcane notes for a clean, satisfying finish.
Instructions – Add 10ml per litre of ~40% spirit. Mix well & age for 7 days. Makes up to 5L.
Ingredients – Sugar (Sucrose), Water, Molasses, Natural Flavour Extracts, Caramel (150), Preservative (202, 211).
