Description

Samuel Willard’s Premium Canadian Whisky Spirit Flavouring creates a smooth Canadian-style whisky with a balanced combination of rye, malt and corn notes. Its distinctive grain character and smooth finish make it an approachable whisky-style spirit for your home bar.

Simply add this concentrated spirit flavouring to neutral spirit or vodka to prepare a generous batch at home. Each 50mL bottle flavours 2.25L of finished spirit, which is equal to three 750mL bottles.

Samuel Willard’s Premium Canadian Whisky

The combination of rye, malt and corn provides the distinctive grain character of this Canadian-style whisky. These flavours work together to create a balanced profile with a mellow character and smooth finish.

Once prepared, the finished spirit is also versatile. For example, enjoy it over ice for a simple serve. Alternatively, combine it with dry ginger ale and a fresh squeeze of lime for a refreshing mixed drink.

Cola or lemonade can also be used as mixers, giving you several easy ways to enjoy the finished whisky-style spirit. The generous 2.25L yield also means you can prepare the full batch at once and allow it to rest before serving.

Mixing Instructions

Add the entire contents of the 50mL bottle to 2.25L of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Then mix thoroughly to distribute the flavour evenly throughout the spirit.

For best results, let the finished spirit rest after mixing. This gives the rye, malt and corn characteristics time to blend throughout the batch.

Once rested, enjoy the finished spirit over ice or with your preferred mixer. Dry ginger ale with a squeeze of fresh lime is an excellent serving option.
