Each 50mL bottle makes 2.25L of finished ouzo-style spirit, providing plenty to enjoy neat, over ice or with cold water.
Serving Ideas
Enjoy your finished Gold Star Ouzo neat or serve it over ice for a refreshing drink.
You can also add cold water, which can produce the famous cloudy appearance known as the Ouzo effect. This traditional serving method highlights the distinctive aniseed character and works particularly well as a refreshing afternoon or after-dinner drink.
Mixing Instructions
Add the contents of the 50mL bottle to neutral spirit or vodka and mix thoroughly.
Top up to make 2.25L of finished ouzo-style spirit.
One 50mL bottle makes the equivalent of three 750mL bottles.
