How to Make Coconut Rum Liqueur

Makes 1.125L of finished coconut rum liqueur.

Ingredients

• 1 × 50mL bottle of Samuel Willard’s Coconut Rum Liqueur Flavour
• 620mL of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka
• 220g of sugar
• 50mL of liquid glucose
• Water to make 1.125L

Mixing Instructions

1. Add the sugar and liquid glucose to a clean mixing container.
2. Pour in the neutral spirit or vodka and stir thoroughly to help dissolve the sugar.
3. Add the entire 50mL bottle of coconut rum liqueur flavouring.
4. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are combined.
5. Top up with water to a total volume of 1.125L.
6. Stir well before bottling.
