Mountain Ash Smoke Malt is a unique, 100% Australian smoked malt crafted at their Whitton malthouse in the Riverina, NSW. Kilned using native Mountain Ash wood smoke rather than traditional imported woods like beechwood, it delivers a distinct, rustic, and distinctly Australian smoke and “dry ash” character to craft beers.
