Gold Lager

Brick Road Classic Gold Lager kit comes complete with Pacific lager yeast.

For a Gold Lager add 1.5kg extra Liquid Light malt extract, or 1kg Light Dry malt extract or 1kg of dextrose. For more flavour, dry-hop with 30g or more of NZ hops, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka for a stonefruit and citrus flavours, or Australian hops, Galaxy or Vic Secret for tropical fruit flavours.
