Alembic Dome Top and Condenser

The Pot System Alembic Dome and Condenser is best used with the T500 25L Boiler or Grainfather G30. The Alembic Dome Top and condenser aids in the retention of flavour rather than stripping it out by refluxing. This comes with a thermometer, tubing and tap adaptor set. The large copper surface area of this dome top acts as a catalyst with the vapours from your wash and helps enhance and concentrate the flavours and aromas as well as remove unwanted sulphur compounds. This produces a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit.
